Several facing drug charges in Indiana after recent incidents

Police made two traffic stops in Indiana recently that led to arrests and searched one residence that led to additional suspects. The events that unfolded resulted in what officers claim was a "large" drug bust. Several people were arrested during the incidents, although not at the same time. One officer said that because the investigation following the initial drug charges remained ongoing, he could not reveal who was arrested when.

Indiana incident may require strong DUI defense

Various situations may arise posing challenges to those accused of drunk driving in the aftermath of motor vehicle collisions. The man who was allegedly hit, his wife and children had apparently been loading their van to go home after the event.

Indiana officer may need DUI defense

An Indiana police officer was recently asked to resign from his position on the force. The request came following a motor vehicle accident involving a man who was apparently standing outside his vehicle at the time. The officer reportedly refused to step down and may be in need of a DUI defense with regard to allegations being made against him in connection with the incident.
